Project Description
Client: Iron Horse Design-Build
Location: Teton Springs (Victor, ID)
Year Completed: 2024
This project involves the excavation of a foundation for an addition to a luxury residential home within a high-end golf course community. The scope included installation of a temporary access road, demolition of established landscaping and trees and careful excavation around live utility lines, including power, fiber optics, water, and sewer systems, requiring precise coordination and adherence to safety protocols.
The Challenges
Working inside of Teton Springs requires maintaining a visually appealing job-site with minimal disruption to the surrounding neighbors and golf course. This project included a plethora of unmarked/unidentified utilities, which required relocation and temporary bridging to allow the homeowner access to their residence.
