Project Description
Client: Alpine Home Builders
Location: Driggs, Idaho
Year Completed: 2023
This project encompassed the final grading, irrigation (sprinklers), curb & gutter, sidewalks, approach, and parking lot for a multi-unit residential complex.
The Challenges
This complex was a project that was transferred between general contractors. The buildings were built too low. This left minimal room for proper slope during grading. Laser-guided equipment was used to ensure accuracy and drainage.
